Person of the year 2021, announced by Time on December 13, is a controversial name - billionaire Elon Musk. Aside from his tweets that rocked the crypto community, Musk is best known as a pioneer in electric vehicles and aerospace.

We should understand that Elon Musk's wealth does not only come from his own intelligence and efforts. It also comes from the labor of tens of thousands of laborers working under him. This billionaire's dreams and ambitions will never come true without the working class - an object that is always overshadowed by tweets.

Of course, we do not deny that Elon Musk has contributed a lot to humanity, especially in the aerospace and transportation industries. If future star missions succeed, Musk will have his place in history.

But we also shouldn't idolize Musk and the futurists. Because the prospect of colonizing Mars and dominating the solar system will only become a reality for the elite. While the rest - the lower classes will bear the cost and slowly die on Earth.
